Chipotle is ramping up its investment in new menu items. “The queso in particular got tons of buzz this week, since Chipotle has said in the past that it would never serve cheese dip. In fact, prior to 2014, the company had left its menu virtually unchanged for two decades. ” – (Business Insider) Being most known for their burrito bowls and guacamole they decided to amp up their food game and add QUESO to their menu. The Chipotle corporation states that QUESO has been requested for many years now, and in a month it should be in Chipotle stores around the country. In addition to the QUESO, they are also adding salads and frozen margaritas…YUMM!
