Broken boundaries diluted with chic – that’s the way we like our stardom. Many female artists decided to push the boundaries (a bit more than usual) at last nights 60th annual Grammy Awards. Whether they were aligned or totally un-synchronized, the statement was loud and clear. Many of our favorites decided to skip out on the shiny gown for a sophisticated pantsuit. This is what we like to think as a definite cool way to follow-up on the black gowns from the Golden Globes.

SUITED UP #Grammys

Anna Kendrick wore a grey pantsuit with a black bralette and pink stilettos which made her look powerful and confident. Eve dressed in a low cut striped suit, covered in sparkles and black shoes. Other women participating in this trend were Janelle Monae who rocked an accented suit, and Kesha with a denim embroidery suit.

The tailored-masculine looks didn’t skip on the Grammy’s gents, of course, who followed “suit” with their fun take on these classics. Khaled was pictured with a bright yellow soft jacket and a white rose serving as a boutonniere. Male stars decided to get in touch with their feminine side wearing a white rose, supporting the #Metoo & #Times Up campaign. Childish Gambino, the “Redbone” rapper, went all white, while Zayn Malik and Sam Smith both rocked colorful suits, paired with a white rose boutonniere to top it off.
