I like the idea behind this limited addition line. WWD reported that the line was inspired by jazz and that the glasses “meld retro femininity of the Fifties with a Nineties’ minimalism”. But all I can see is that annoying Bolle sporty sunglasses I hate so much from the 90s.
I have the feeling I’ll like the ad campaign much better. It was shot by Steven Meisel and will be featuring a smokey jazz nightclub and models dancing provocatively to the sound of “Fever”.
