When Iris Van Herpen sent her collection down the Fall 2010 London Fashion Week runway, the shoes were definitely not outshined by the striking clothes. The Alexander McQueen-esque shoes are the fruit of a collaboration match made in heaven – United Nude and Iris Van Herpen.
To say these are limited edition would be an understatement. Only 168 pairs in black and 72 pairs in nude will be available in select United Nude retail stores around the world. The shoes are handmade and priced at $1,295 (which is a sweet deal for a limited edition handmade shoe if you ask me!)
If you don’t live in New York, Amsterdam, Shanghai or Vienna, your best option is to buy them online at Fatal – a U.S based online boutique. As a matter of fact, they are already available for pre-order.
