So a few days ago Claudia Schiffer dropped a few lines about starting her own fashion line and today WWD let the cat out of the bag. Schiffer is teaming up with Iris von Arnim, a German cashmere brand, to collaborate on a new cashmere collection. The new cashmere collection will be called … wait for it … Claudia Schiffer!
The supermodel said of the collaboration, “I have been looking for the right partnership for a very long time and I feel very lucky to have found it with Iris von Arnim. We have the same inherent values and I was delighted to find a company to interpret my vision.”
So apparently the fashion line is not much of a fashion line after all. I got excited for nothing.
