The new flagship store is a four-level, 91,257 square feet space, located on 1540 Broadway. It opens this Friday and it seems that Forever 21 want every teenager and tourist in Manhattan to fit in there all at once. The chief executive officer Don Chang told WWD that it will have 151 fitting rooms, 32 cash registers and 500 employees and will be opened 8 a.m to 2 a.m.

And if that’s not enough they intend to change the merchandise daily, in the 6 hours that the store closed (can some one say “night shift from hell”?).

It’s good to know that they’re aware of the intimidation factor, because to make the visit less paranoia and anxiety inducing they divided all the Forever 21 brands into different concept shops, each representing a different New York neighborhood (wonder if they did Harlem and Bronx?).

Soooo … another reason for you never to go near Times Square.
